New Energy Frontiers
Advancing Natural Gas Development in the Heart of Europe
We are an E & P company founded by long-time technical and financial partners who have worked together for over 30 years on large-scale resource projects in Australia, Canada, China, the UK, Europe, USA, and across South America.
Our leadership team has been directly involved in the discovery, exploration, and development of numerous multi-TCF tight gas condensate reservoirs, safely drilling and completing over 3,000 wells in various basins.
We pride ourselves on involvement only in projects that have the highest technical merit, are de-risked, and have direct access to profitable markets.
Our portfolio includes the 100%-owned Kiskunhalas Project, which meets all the criteria above, providing investors early entry to a potentially world-class tight-gas condensate resource in the heart of Europe.
The continent currently imports 86%
of its natural gas (14 TCF p.a.)
To achieve climate neutrality in the next 50 years, the European Union will have to use natural gas as the key transition fuel in its energy mix.

Kiskunhalas Project
Our Kiskunhalas Project is a well-defined gas/condensate asset in southern Hungary. Leveraging new seismic, drilling, and completion technology we will look to commercialize this legacy discovery, delivering near-term production, low-risk growth, and repeatable reserve replacement.
“Early mover” in the appraisal/pre-drill phase of a high-impact gas-liquids project.
Successful acquisition and processing of a proprietary 3D seismic survey.
WE BELIEVE: the Kiskunhalas Trough could become a very significant European tight gas play.
WE CARE: Protection of local ecosystems + minimizing our carbon footprint + development of the local economy.
Strong domestic demand for gas and liquids. Hungary currently imports around 70% of its natural gas.
Development wells drilled from multi-well pads to limit surface impact and improve efficiencies.
