CanCambria Energy Corp. Year-end Message, 2025

This past year marked an important chapter for CanCambria as we delivered measurable progress across our portfolio and laid a strong foundation for 2026. We advanced our core assets by significantly expanding our contiguous land position and deepening our technical understanding of the resource base and its associated valuation under ownership.

We strengthened the Company with the addition of several leading industry experts and expanded our technical staff, management team, and board of directors as we prepare to begin appraisal of the Kiskunhalas Field in the coming months. I’m exceedingly proud of the team assembled and of the focus and dedication demonstrated across the organization.

This year also marks the first full trading year for CanCambria on the TSX Venture Exchange, a milestone that broadened our investor base and supports our ongoing efforts to create sustainable, long-term shareholder value.

We remain committed to providing a strategic, long-term solution in the European natural gas landscape, and in Hungary in particular. While the geopolitical environment continues to present challenges across our industry, we remain steadfast in our focus on growing our reserve base and advancing the long-term success of the Company.

I would like to thank our investors, shareholders, partners, and stakeholders for their continued support, and I look forward to providing further updates in early 2026.
